Jamie Gore Pawlik is dedicated to creating funny, fearless, and often female-forward stories. They are drawn to work that is witty, provocative, and unafraid to take risks—particularly comedy and absurdism that use humor as a vehicle for uncomfortable truths.
As Creative Producer of McMusical, Jamie helped shepherd the new musical from development to its first fully staged run at Theater for the New City. Working with a 14-person cast and 10-person creative and production team, she oversaw budgeting and fundraising, contracting and personnel, rehearsal and production logistics, ticketing, marketing and press, industry outreach, and coordination across departments. She worked closely with the writers and director throughout the developmental process, helping build the infrastructure necessary to take an original musical from the page to a fully realized production.
As Creative Producer of I EAT BOYS (a reading), Jamie oversaw budgeting and fundraising, contracting and personnel, rehearsal and production logistics, ticketing, marketing and press, industry outreach, and coordination across departments. She worked closely with the director throughout the developmental process.
I am the Co-Founder of Kind Strangers Collective, where I help build a theatrical space in New York that encourages audiences to slow down, engage fully, and connect more intentionally with live performance. The collective is committed to producing bold new work, amplifying emerging artists, and fostering theater that extends beyond the stage into meaningful dialogue and community action.
